Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, as noted on the specific product page.
Most of our furniture requires special shipping considerations due to size and packaging. Our free shipping includes curb-side delivery only; it does not cover delivery to a specific room, removal of packaging, or assembly.
For enhanced service, choose our White Glove delivery at an additional cost, available for orders within the contiguous United States. Select this option during checkout and refer to the product page for pricing details.
Shipping fees for international orders range between $15 and $40 USD depending on your location. Duties and taxes are billed at delivery.
To ensure the security of your purchase, we require signatures for packages valued over $500 upon delivery. In the event of a lost, stolen, or misdelivered item, please contact us within two business days.
Rest assured, all orders are insured, guaranteeing prompt replacements in case of damage, theft, or loss during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy ensures a straightforward experience. Here’s what you need to know:
Return Period: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for orders shipped within the contiguous USA, with some exceptions noted below.
Return Process: We provide a return label to make your process smooth and easy.
Refund Options:
- Free Return Shipping: Opt for free return shipping on orders over $75 and receive a full refund in KANSO Credit, excluding any original shipping fees.
- Original Payment Method: Prefer a refund to your original payment method? The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Returns: Post your return within 7 days of return confirmation to avoid rejection.
Item Condition: Returns must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging for eligibility.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 days upon receipt at our warehouse.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees are not refundable.
Restocking Fees: Applicable for returns over $1,000 or multiple returns of the same item, details provided during the return process.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, special orders, rugs, trade orders, and items shipped via Freight or third party warehouses are final sale and non-returnable.
Made To Order: These items are custom made and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after order placement.
Large Single Item Purchases (15 items): Considered final sale and non-returnable.

Orders
You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.
Please note that made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to the manufacturer.
What fun would online shopping be without anticipating your package? We’ll keep you updated via email or text while we complete your order, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
You can also look up the status of your order online at any time. Just log in to your profile, and click on “View Orders” to view your order history. Your tracking number will listed alongside your order details.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.
