- Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund total.
4. Shipping Returns
Ship returns within 7 days of return confirmation to prevent denial.
5. Condition and Packaging
Returns must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and materials.
6. Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5-7 days after receipt.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Restocking Fees
Returns over $5,000 or multiple returns of the same item may incur restocking fees.
9. Insurance
We are not liable for uninsured returns. We recommend insuring your shipment.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as sale and special order items, rugs, and made-to-order products are not returnable.
11. Large Quantity Purchases
