The New Works Covent Residential Sofa presents a firm, clearly defined shell with four loose back cushions, a more traditional lounge silhouette than the continuous-shell Covent sofa it's named alongside. A wood-and-MDF-board frame with metal spring suspension and high-resilience foam gives the shell its structure and the cushions their support. Arde Design Studio designed the Covent Residential Sofa for New Works in 2023, extending the Covent name into this separate, more conventional sofa format.
